Medical Risk Assessment

Charles Taylor Assistance is currently seeking summer interns to join our team in Christchurch, Dorset on a full-time basis.

We also offer the possibility of ongoing employment for those who reside locally, with opportunities to work evenings and weekends beyond the summer period!

As a Medical Risk Handler, you'll take inbound calls from customers declaring pre-existing medical conditions for their travel insurance. Using an automated system, you'll assess the risk and determine the level of medical coverage we can offer.

  • Conducting comprehensive medical risk assessments using an automated system, to evaluate the level of medical cover we can provide
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of assessments and findings
