We are now seeking to recruit a Business Analyst to join our Delegated Underwriting practice to work with our TIDE product. This product takes information from offline systems into a centralised, cloud based platform which validates data against binder rules at source. This is an exciting time to join us as our product has been implemented by Lloyd’s as the market solution for delegated underwriting business. You will have proven experience of working on Delegated Authority projects or businesses and have a good balance of business process and technical abilities. You will need to quickly master all functional aspects of the product, analyse and understand client requirements, identify gaps and solutions. Additionally, you will provide support and Tide expertise to all business and technical resources across all project lifecycle activities, both internally and externally. For this, you must be comfortable in a client facing role, as you will be required to demonstrate capabilities and assist in training users in a pro-active manner and with a degree of autonomy.
