At present, we dont have any operational roles available, however we are always on the lookout for exceptional talent with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Please apply with your CV and one of our recruitment team will be in contact with you when a suitable position arises.

  • Case Managers in our Medical Assistance team, you will be working at the front line of the business where you are co-ordinating services such as medical evacuations, repatriations and air ambulance.
  • Customer Service Advisors in our Claims Handling team providing essential support to our customers - this will involve assessing new claims, checking documents and reviewing policy terms as well as making decisions on claims approval or decline.

We would welcome applications from candidates who have:

  • Excellent telephony based customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A confident, articulate and enthusiastic manner
  • Experience in a telephone or customer facing role
  • Experience of working in the insurance industry
  • A good standard of education
