Would you like to gain valuable office based work experience next Summer? On top of that; earn money, make new friends and learn new skills!

Due to the seasonal nature of our business we grow our teams across a variety of customer service positions within our inbound contact centres for the Summer. We'll be looking for people to join us from June 2020 to September 2020 on a full time basis, working on a shift pattern.

The roles on offer include:

  • Customer Service Advisors in our Medical Risk Assessment team, receiving in-coming calls from customers wishing to update their travel insurance medical records. The purpose of this role is to help customers through the process of declaring any pre-existing medical conditions, ensuring they fully understand any restrictions on their travel insurance policy, whilst ensuring delivery of first class customer service. 
  • Customer Service Advisors in our Claims Handling team providing essential support to our customers - this will involve assessing new claims, checking documents and reviewing policy terms as well as making decisions on claims approval or decline.
  • Customer Service Support Administrators in our Emergency Assistance team providing essential support for overseas travellers when injured or ill - this will involve answering calls and helping customers with those initial enquiries, you will then be handing the case to a senior advisor to carry that enquiry through to completion.

We would welcome applications from candidates who have:

  • Excellent telephony based customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A confident, articulate and enthusiastic manner
  • Experience in a telephone or customer facing role
  • A good standard of education
  • If you speak multiple languages please let us know - we are very interested in this skill!

Full training will be proved for the role
