Administration Support (CEGA0172)
Our contact centre is open 24/7 365 days per year serving millions of customers on behalf of the biggest travel insurance companies. In the heart of our medical assistance department, our busy administration support team are vital in making sure that our customers' cases are progressing to a successful conclusion. Working alongside our case managers, a typical day would see all the usual admin tasks undertaken - but the difference with a job at CEGA is that we save lives so answering that phone call or responding quickly to that email could make all the difference. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain customer service skills in a contact centre environment and many of our administrators have progressed to other positions within CEGA.
